MSCC 2024 Blanket Vendor Agreement & Liability Waiver

The following is a legally binding agreement between the Vendor and Mountain Springs Community Center/Club.
Mountain Springs Community Center/Club will hereafter be referred to as MSCC in the document.

  • Vendor fees shall be paid on or before the Market Day Vendors are accepted on a first come first served basis.
  • Vendors are to remain in their booths during market hours.
  • Vendors need to cover their table.
  • Vendors manning a booth must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by an adult.
  • It is solely the vendors’ responsibility to report state and local sales taxes.
  • Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of trash inside and around their booth.
  • Booth placement is at the sole discretion of the event coordinators.
  • All vendors must adhere to the move-in and move-out instructions and hours unless otherwise pre-arranged with event coordinators.
  • Event Coordinators reserve the right to stop or remove from the Market any vendor or vendor representative, performing any act or practice, which in the opinion of the Event Coordinators is objectionable or detracts from the purpose/objective of the Market.
  • Property brought onto the premises by any vendor is at the vendor’s sole risk and shall be removed from the premises during designated move-out times only.
  • Vendor retains liability and assumes all risks of loss and/or damages on site or in connection with transportation, display, storage, and sale of merchandise at Mountain Spring Community Center Market Day.

Agreement of Liability Waiver

I hereby release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to hold harmless for any, and all purposes Mountain Springs Community Club & Center from any, and all liabilities, Insurance, claims, demands, personal injury including death, or property damage that may be sustained by me while participating in Mountain Springs Community Center Market Day including injuries or damages sustained, as a result of the negligence of volunteers of MSCC a (“Nonprofit”) corporation.

Contract Agreement

I have read the general information regarding Mountain Springs Community Center Market Days. By paying the vendor fee, I have agreed to the conditions and terms of this contract. I understand payment must be received on or before the day of each monthly market. I also understand if payment is not received by Check-in on market day my space may be released.

I have read the Rules and Regulations above and agree to all the terms and conditions as they are written.

I understand this is a blanket waiver for the remainder of the year .
